- Start an application online or over the phone. A caring Prescription Relief representative will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your application and, if qualified, enroll you into the program.

WE CALL YOU TODAY
After the application has been completed, an advocate will contact you within 24 hours to discuss your application and enroll you into the program for medication assistance. We apply for patient assistance on your behalf, monitor the progress, collect the necessary paperwork, and stay up to date on program changes and developments.
Step 2: A Timely Response
OUR 24 HOUR RESPONSE
- Please note that we usually contact you closer to 1-5 hours after you fill out your application online. If you wish to have your application reviewed immediately, call us! After enrolling, we will send both you and your Health Care Provider(s) an Enrollment Packet to review, sign and return.
Step 3: The Program
PROGRAM ENROLLMENT & REFILLS
- After you and your Health Care Provider(s) return your Enrollment Packet to our office, Prescription Relief will review your application and make sure all information is correct and completed before submitting to the Patient Assistance Programs or a Reimbursement program depending on your situation. The entire enrollment process takes approximately 3-5 weeks.
GET YOUR MEDICATION
You will be paired with your own personal advocate that will work solely with your individual account. This advocate will keep you informed of any changes related to your account and will be fully accessible at your convenience. Your Advocate will work with you, your doctors and the programs to ensure you get all your medication.
